Default Help me out please with the Registered name

this I couldnt find:
When I want to change the name I entered during the install of xp I cant seem to change it.
example: I entered the name Pilot.
Now when u go to c: Documents and settings..u see the folder named Pilot.
I want to change that because it also sends cookies to websites with the name pilot.
I was able to change the name of the cookies, but now I'm just curious how to change the name Pilot.

I'm sure there's a registry hack you can do, so wait for that too. I use CustomizerXP, just do a search for that program. Here's a screenshot where to change it using that program:

You're talking about user account. Go to Control Panel> User Accounts. Remove the account and then just delete that folder... this is assuming of course that you're not logged in under that account and you're either working under the account "Administrator," or an account with administrative rights.

What you're saying is that you're actively using that account? I guess you can try renaming the folder, might work, might not.
