But, IMO, you should piggy-back a SW Firewall with a HW solution as well.

I tried that. It was to buggy for me. I like the festures of it, but it was still to buggy ..

Sorry you feel that way, but I never experienced any problems and I use it heavily.

i have a hardwire one built into my mobo i think i should look into that. hehe. I will stick with Zone alarm a little bit longer but thst just because im lazy.

Im more worried about Kaspersky not letting me tell it to do defined network drive scans. In the personal Pro version of it. Aparently it scans them when it does its scheduled scan. But i cant tell it to scan a file on the server drives manually. Which in my opinion is a bunch of Bullsh*t. I dont feel like "buying" the workstation version of it... Hell Free AVG does that and its freaking free.

zonealarm anyday! been using it for the last 5 yrs or so and it has caused me no problems (yet)....
