Default Wont Play

When I insert a DVD a message pops up saying
"Windows Media Cannot Play This DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer"

So where do I get this decoder?

Most DVD software players are supplied with the directshow filters that must be registered in order to playback VOB files in your various mediaplayers.
