It's a test of Anti-Spyware products. A Spyware test would be a test of the Spyware itself, we don't really care how effective the Spyware is do we?

Yes It would appear so.
Considering this test from a very highly respected source such a Eric I would call it very accurate indeed to. Appears that the best of the test applications is Giant AS and unsurprisingly Pest Patrol is the worst in terms of false positives! I don't really think the two market leaders, SpyBot and AAW did particularly well in this test. I think a score of 100 should be a minimum for both of these products. |
