I keep getting this error when trying to launch. "Error Launching browser window:no XBL binding for browser" this just started to happen. I closed down FF and then when I wanted to go surfing for pr0n J/K
I got this error. Its the 1.0 preview.

Sounds like an issue during the upgrade process from a previous version.
Uninstall Firefox from Add/Remove Programs. When it asks you if you want to delete the folder, select No. Also, don't worry about your bookmarks, extensions, themes etc. They are stored in your profile folder and won't be removed.
Then try reinstalling 1.0PR back into the same folder.

I figured it out. I had to do go here
"x:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.3yv\extensions"
delete the tmp file.
