Default Slipstream Error

Successfully slipstreamed sp2 & burned a bootable CD but when I boot from the CD it goes to setup like it should, then asks me to insert the Windows XP setup disk in Drive A. What am I doing wrong?

Did you do it like an unattended install? Did you create a .txt file named winnt.sif
then drop it into the i386 folder.

It should have on it:

;SetupMgrTag

UnattendedInstall="Yes"

Strange, maybe read this page and find out: http://www.hytekcomputer.com/Articles/XPInstall/1.shtml

Says something about needing floppies.

Thanks for the replies. The problem turned out to be my slipstream, it was missing the 2 files with "51" in the file name.

Oh, I see. This is only for SP1, not for the patches that came out later. But I have alreayd got a slipstreamed CD, so that doesn't matter. Thanks anyway for the link, themafia_69!
