I think it all depends on how quickly they can get longhorn to market.

I don't think there'll be more then one more...by then longhorn will be ready, and the contractual support for xp will have expired...they're gonna need to get people to look for reasons to upgrade

Voted 4, because my belief is that there will be one more before Longhorn, and one more after because die-hard XP users will demand that MS add at least a few new features/functionalities introduced in Longhorn.
