If the file has not been closed usually hitting Control + Z will undo any changes. If it has been closed there may be (should be) a backup somewhere.

Wheres that back up??, shes been working on that file for a few months now and the file is closed

That's why I said 'may be should be'.
Maybe the file has been backed up by the user.......... The file should be backed up backed up by the user........ Not much help though now......sorry.

My Office Xp keeps a copy here
C\documents and settings\user name\application data\microsoft\office\recent this is where the office recent doc's are kept so if she had it open sometime in the past few days there should be a copy there. |
