not sure of an exact program because everything i use is to convert avi to mpeg but i'm sure if you do a little bit of lookin on www.dvdrhelp.com you'll easily find what you need.

adome premiere can do it, file,export, movie, microsoft avi xvid or divx or any encoder u have installed. other than that here is virtual dub, tmpeg, vagas video5, and yea
