Default another sysprep ?

I am using XP Pro and i am trying to do a sysprep, and inout the product key code, etc. My problem is when i go through the setup manager( in sysprep) I input my information and say ok. next i then execute sysprep.exe and tells me that it will force my computer to shutdown. no problem. once i say OK i get a popup message that contains RESEAL AUDIT and FACTORY. ive tried 2 of the selections...RESEAL and FACTORY. neither works.

when i reboot i have to input my info like a fresh install.

please let me know if there is anything i am doing wrong. thanks IDLE
