The easiest way is to turn on ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) if you can. This will act as a DHCP server for the other computers.

So plug a modem into the ICS machine and connect on dial up.

No one has a dialup account nor is there a phonejack in the area that we lan DHCPd Programs do exsist but I don't know how to work a single one of them and I figured that one of you did
