Default Kerio 4.0.6
I am using Kerio Firewall 4.0.6. When I go to the Start Menu and look under Kerio it points to 'configuration conversion tool' that leads me to a pop up ,KFP Backup, asking me to import rules from 2.1 but then tells me that the folder does not exist. Any advice please.

Sounds like 2.1.x has been removed, therefore it cant import the rules.

I did have 2.1 earlier, but I reformatted and reinstalled, and then installed version 4, but it looks like I cannot get rid of the configuration message.

The configuration conversion tool only serves the purpose to import the rules from 2.1.x if you don't have it installed you don't need to use this tool.
