Carte TV Card Driver Issue

I recently purchased a "Carte TV card" which is a tv tuner card and I can not get the audio functioning for the life of me. I think that there may be a problem with the audio capture driver, but I have no idea where to go for better drivers. The TV picture comes in great, but for some reason the audio out just flat out won't work. Any ideas??

Make sure you Line In is not muted in the Sound Properties. If you have not done so already, attached a cable (It should have been supplied) from the audio out port on the tv card, to the line in on the sound card.

Then in the Sound properties, make sure that line in is not muted.
