Changing start menu text?

:/ I've seen somewhere a tutorial on how to change START to something else you wanted. Anyone know how?

do you know the method to do this w/ hex editor/ i know it can be done with that too, but if orgot how -.-

I'd suggest to use Resource Hacker.

Open Explorer.exe in ResourceHacker, edit the word START in stringtables 37 (for xp-look) and 38 (for classic look), hit compile script, save as Explorer1.exe to the Windows directory.
Change the registry value for Shell to Explorer1.exe at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
reboot.
