Arrow Thunderbird

Thanks to Windows deciding it no longer liked my hard disk, I've formatted and and now using Thunderbird as my E-Mail client.

Does anyone know if it's at all possible to display all messages in plain-text? (I hate html mail )

Doesn't Thunderbird use Bayesian filtering for Junk Mail like Outlook 2003?
Outlook's filter is amazingly effective. Props to Microsoft
