converter for everything (mp3, rm, ra, wav, ogg)

does any1 know one that does everything including those realone files (rm , ra). i want one that has a nice look and doesn't loook cheap

Cooledit Pro 2

I wouldn't use the RM encoder though, the official encoder made by Real is much better. (files are at least 2 or 3 times smaller than ones created with CEP2) and you need a plugin to make it support ogg.
