Default Extracting or burning .bin?

I have a couple of .bin files which I cant extract successfully using StuffIt Expander, etc...

I got a couple .cue files aswell, how do you burn these .bin files, straight to CD?

use nero and do burn image and point to the cue file or just use daemon tools and mount the bin file to see if your back up copy works.

I use Alcohol 120%, because if you don't have a .cue for your .bin, it will still burn it anyway according to the copy protection settings you've selected. You can extract them with WinISO.
