how are they saved? A copy of your favorites directory or the bookmark.html file that IE generates when you export favorites?

If you still have the folder with all the bookmark files in (not the HTML file) then you can go File > Import > Internet Explorer Favourites and then point it at the folder.

If you've only got the exported HTML file, then I think that using File > Import > Netscape Bookmarks may work.. but I can't be 100% sure of that.

Thumbs up

You might like to try Jetlinks thought it may not be compatible with the latest Opera Browser version.

best way to get the IE favs is
Ctrl+Alt+B
then click the import button and choose Internet Explorer Favourites

this is pretty much what SPeedY_B said

The dialog is asking for a folder though, which is how IE stores it's favs (as a bunch of files)
But what bluzeboy has is an exported HTML file, which is why I said that the netscape method may work..
