Default nero for xp
hi there was a file that was in the dowload folders for nero that made the load time a lot shorter than it should be if someone knows where i can get it or can give me a link to get it i would really appreciate it as well im looking for a way to run only the most necessary processes in windows can soemoen tell me what are the essential process i need to run

as far as i know, u need to set the service "imapi" to manual

The default for the "IMAPI" service would be "manual".

The tweak would be as follows:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ImapiService]
"Start"=dword:00000004

Now the question would be, does this really boost the startup time and general use of Nero?

Its still pretty damn slow starting even with NERO 6.. Pain! I just use daemon tools and CloneCD all the time anyway.
