Default Windows ME Boot Disk - Bootable CD-ROM

I have a machine that has no floppy disk.
I also am using ntfs. And when i do BIOS updates i need to use DOS to update.

Does anyone have a working BOOT CD that works just like the windes 98/ME boot floppy?
