How can I install se without wiping the hdd, I still need all the data and settings. James |

to do a simple upgrade of win98 to win98se, just boot from the 98se cd, go to d: (or whatever drive letter your cdrom takes) and type "setup"
follow the onscreen instructions and there u go, should work fine although I've never tried it myself before - although it worked from win98 (1st edition) to winme good luck |
