Default Someone just tried to spoof me?
Panda antivirus/ firewall gave me a warning,

Intrusion attempt Blocked.
Intrusion type: Spoofing

Is that someone trying to intercept my E mail I sent at that time?

Can't really tell from just that info, doesn't it give a more detailed report?

A quick search on Gogle will provide the results as is simple problem.
