Random blue every other day

I believe u haven't tried with System Restore [ from safemode is possible ] .. waiting for news & nice avatar ..

Heres what the blue screen says most of the times.
Stop: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x80565D63, 0xB2D3FBE4, 0x00000000)

0x0000007B (0xF8968640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Ok since then i reformated and put Win2000Pro and it worked fine then i got all the updates and then installed AIM,DeadAIM, Norton and then restarted, Then when WIN2000 fully boots then it restarts. SO i reformated again with WINXP PRO w/no updates or anything installed and it is working so far but i havent restarted yet.
