Default Outlook crashes with large file!!

I have recieved a mail that is 12MB and is a failure return or whatever. Outlook will not delete it or ope it.

If you click on it, it just hangs and so doesnt let you do anything.

Is there anyway that you can delete this or access it????

Ta

Turn off outlook. You might have to turn off internet explorer. Then do a search for the file & try deleting it. If not go to the outlook store folder & look in there.

Open outlook. Go to tools/options/maintenance/store. That will tell you the location.
