Default Macromedia

I am running XP. When visiting some Web Sites I get the message to download Macromedia Flash Player, or Macromedia Shockwave Player. Should I just ignore, and move to another Web Site, or download these programs?

yes I would. They are safe for your computer. They are for sites that have flash coded into there webpage.

just means you don't have the latest players (browser plugins) .........they come with xp but not the latest..... they are totally safe

fun for the whole family.......
