Default Write Permission in XP?

Hi all. I'm trying to use the BootVis program and it keeps telling me that "My Documents" folder needs to have write permission. I'm not at all sure how to do this. I've gone to the properties for "My Documents" folder and tryed to uncheck the Read Only box, which it will do but then when I go back in it is rechecked again. Puzzling... any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well I just figured it out. I had the BootVis.exe program in my My Documents folder. Once I moved it from there to a new folder out of My Documents it ran just fine.
