X-Chat for IRC, I tend not to use Instant messengers, there's no point.

i have msn + aim but dont really use them 2 much

use mirc every single day for #ntfs

Trillian Pro cause I have friends on Yahoo, ICQ & MSN and I don't want to have all three running at the same time. Although, If I could I would stick to ICQ.

Heard a lot about Mirc but have never used a chatroom so-to-speak, wouldn't know where to start lol. Would love to learn

There are two guides on the forums (in the networking section) that will help you get to the ntfs chat room, one for mIRC and one for X-Chat.
