Default recovery console
when i access the recovery console ,it asks for administrator password . i have left my administrator password blank on purpose. my question is what do i put in the password field
when prompted

NetRyder-i did press enter when promted but it says
c:/windows which is my volume
i know for sure their is no password

The recovery console looks like DOS, it is a command line interface. After you enter the password, it will drop you in your system directory.
