You need to use the Resource Hacker and either edit SHELL32.DLL or EXPLORER.EXE, sorry, can't remember which one!!

Sorry about this, I'm working on NT 4.0 workstation at the moment, the file you want to edit is EXPLORER.EXE, when you run the Resource Hacker, you need to expand the "Bitmaps" and then edit which one you want (or all of 'em!).
