The instruction at "0x77f56a96" referenced memory at "0x69726fa0". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program how do I fix this? |

You might check the website for that program to see if that issue has been acknowledged and if there is a resolution... perhaps in an update or something. If not, then I would uninstall the program, because it's probably not worth having it causes that problem. If uninstalling it doesn't fix the error, then run system restore if you have a recent restore point that was created before you installed the program.
