Erm... im thinking 3 things...

1. Norton Ghost.. inwhich make a copy of your whole hard drive (might not be any good if your rebooting)

2. A normal System Restore.. inwhich you save the restore (found in the windows folder somewhere)

3. Go into your Network Properties and write it all down, ie.
your ip addy, your network adapter config.. etc

Ill think of others for you

rebooting won't or shouldn't affect your network settings.

what did you do that you thing will mess up your wireless setting when you reboot??

why don't you just copy the contents of your old drive to your new drive.
