Default New critical windows updates Feb 6, 2003
Head on over to windowsupdate for these 3 new critical updates:

810847: February 2003, Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1
811630: Critical Update (Windows XP)
810577: Security Update

BTW I found 811630 interesting - This update enables applications to access HTML Help in a new, restricted mode. Future updates of Internet Explorer require this new capability. Download now to ensure that Internet Explorer can properly display HTML Help in HTML pages.

It refers you to Q811630 - whose link comes up currently unavailable???

The other seems not even to be published yet, its not going to be assigned a security bulltin of it just a KB article which will be at:

Only a quickie update to support HELP in a new security more.. they say ahead of IE updates... Hmmm.

Elroy Jetson mate you sure spotted these quick! Notfication hasnt even come to me yet via email and the XML files for hfnetchk arnt done! The darn articles arnt even complete!

Release an updated service pack... then 2 days later release 5 megs worth of updates :S

Will post in a second.

In all fairness its not a new SP just one for legal reasons and it didnt contain any new updates.

These are normal pre-SP2 patches and will be included in that service pack.

I always check the windows upodate site and the AVG update site first thing in the morning when I cone into the office. Guess I was just lucky it was released just before I got here
