Hey everybody,

I'm having this long age problem and I have no idea what causes is. Granted I won't have to worry about it too much longer {Well I might, for fact that my internet disconnects, perhaps my programs will just disconnect since i'll be on cable}. Well anyways, for the time being I'm on dialup until the cable modem gets here. One thing I hate, is if I'm on the internet, and say I begin to install something, or copy files from a CD, or something of the sort, I get disconnected immediately.

Any real explanation, as well as a way to fix it???

sound like your computer might be locking up for a short second or so and the connection thinks your computer isnt there anymore so it drops the connection. Add more ram or a quicker CPU, hardrive might help if you have a slow computer or alot of things installed that lags the computer? Might even be a program you installed if you have any dialing managers installed.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
