For my servers, they are configured as follows:
I have finished configuring my DCHP, DC and DNS servers and all my servers and clients are able to join the domain successfully, but when it comes to installing my Exchange 2000 Server, a problem occurs. Whenever I try to install Exchange 2000 on my Exchange Server, I get the following error message:
1. Are the above listed switches to be run on the Exchange Server or on the DC? 2. (this is totally unrelated) Also, when I try to join my domain, if I enter "exchange.com" (that's my domain name) and try to join it, Windows informs me that it can't contact the domain server. But if I enter in the NetBIOS name of the DC, I am able to join my domain successfully. I will appreciate any and all help rendered. My heartfelt thanks too.
