Just created a domain, and I set some password min length options for the group policy, and now i cannot create a user! says password does not meet the min length.. etc.

but it does..... so i removed the GP, and it still says it!


any advice?

I don't know if you removed the default group policy object from AD Users and Computers...

Anyway domain policies are applied also through *Domain Security policy* and *Domain Controller Security Policy* which by design affects all domain users before the GPOs. The Domain Controller Security Policy applies to any domain user having the *Log on locally* right on the domain controller.
Check those for any account policy settings...
