Default windows explorer / internet explorer 6 wont open
I cannot open my windows explorer ie my music, my documents etc or internet explorer. I get the following error signature :

AppName : iexplore.exe AppVer 6.0.2600.0 ModName : flt.dll
ModVer 1.0.0.1 Offset 000036d7

and the same for windows explorer

Is the dll file missing, is that what is causing the problem.

I managed to get on the net using Microsoft Outlook

HELP please !!!

you are a legend i had it on my system found it , deleted it and now everything is AOK.
