I've been having this problem lately when downloading files. It seems to only be occuring on large downloads - maybe only on downloads over 30MB.
I don't have any download managers or anything like that installed. The download will work fine but at 99% the download will stall. This is the time when the temp data should be written to the actual file I think. I'm sure a reinstall will fix whatever has gone fubar, but I was hoping someone might have an idea? Thanks |

1) Clear your Temprary Internet Files (I'm sure you've done that already ... but just making sure)
2) If you're using a RAMdrive, disable it and restore the Temporary Internet Files folder to its default location. |
