auto switch tweak

I just did a format and re-install. now i can't remember / lost the tweak that when you put the pointer over a window it brings it to the front.

Easiest way to do is using TweakUI (Mouse - X-Mouse). If you are interested what it changes in the registry look here:

Thanks, sanity now returns. I remembered all the other registry tweaks but one. the one i use all the time, murphys law prevails.
