Basically, my laptop has 5 different profiles. DVD/Video Playback, Playblack, Desktop, Gaming, and Max Battery. To change it, I either have to go to the Display Properties | Screensaver | Power Settings, or Settings | Control Panel | Power Management, or right click on the battery | Adjust Power Management... not very convenient  I would like it if there were a program that I just right click on and the options are all there, just select the profile. Is there anything like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Power Option Properties, click on the "advanced" tab... and check the box "Always show icon in taskbar" This will at least get you to the power options quicker when you right click it...
