Default Help with Internet connection sharing

Hi,

I am currently sharing my adsl line with my flatmate and i was wondering if i could somehow reduce the bandwidth for his pc.We are both running winXp pro and we are using ethernet cards and a hub.Thanx in advance for your help.

Don't think you can do it with a normal router either...
A Win2k domain server could do it. But that's a bit over the top.
