Default Help with Internet connection sharing
Hi,

I share my adsl conneciton with my flatmate and I was wondering if there is a way to reduce the bandwidth for his pc.We are both running winXp pro and we are using ethernet cards and a hub btw.Hope someone replies.

that would surely be a networking question rather than a tweak question?

afaik, u cant modify bandwidth allowance using ICS... u need a proxy or u need a server pc running lunix.
