OEMINFO.INI must have this format, use as many lines as you want, just keep adding to the line number. get it?

[Support Information]
Line1=info here
Line2=more info here
Line3=
Line4=and so on.
[General]
Manufacturer=yeah, you pick a name
Model=type, whatever

OEMLOGO.BMP
I forget the size, but you can create an image of like 300x150 or so, make it transparent, so on. Have fun.

The reason it is not there is simply because you don't have an OEM version of XP. Simply create the two files and you too will be able to see it.

System Properties is designed to look for that image and file, if they don't exist then it doesn't display them. If they do exist, then it displays.

My copy of XP isn't OEM, however, I created OEM info and it works fine.

I tried it with the OEMINFO.INI but could not get it to work. Gave up on it. Anyone get it going?

Can't see why win2k would be different. Give it a go & let us know.
