Hi,

I hope someone out thier can give me a simple answer , i know this is one of those anoying questions but i cant seem to find the answer anywhere soo here goes.

I use Dreamweaver Mx and i wish to build a website but im unsure of what screen size, as i use a 21" monitor at 1024, soo if i design the site on that, will it be mucked up for 800 users ? and is thier a way around this without doing 2 versions of the site ?

Many thx in advance for your help

hi,

800x600 is the most popular res out there. It is better to appeal to the masses unless you only have a select audience.

Hope this helps.

Just make the site stretch, use percents instead of pixels.

Just resize your browser to 800x600 and see how it looks. If anything is wrong, fix it or rethink it.
