XP-erience Files - Tweak files - DNS Cache Tweak

In the XP Tweaks section of xp-erience there is a "DNS Cache Tweak"...anyone tried this...is it effective?

ha...use fastnet 99...it does it automatically...and yes, the tweak works...the program works better
