Default Adobe Acrobat

Is there any way to get rid of the first page of a acrobat reader document?

i imagine you could do it from within a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat (not the reader)...but that's not free.

Yeah, you have to have the full version of Adobe Acrobat to edit anything. Even then, if a document is protected, you won't be able to change it.
