Default editing what the side of the start menu says

Is there any way to change the "microsoft windows xp professional" that shows up on the side of the start menu once you click start?

TClock can change it for you or you can hack explorer.exe using Resource Hacker.

So you don't believe me?
This "microsoft windows xp professional" written sideways is bitmap resource #167 in explorer.exe. You can change it with a recource editor like Resource Hacker. There are tutorials how to replace systemfiles on the net.
You can use third party applications like TClock. There are also some others I believe.
If you want to completely remove this side bitmap you can rightclick taskbar>properties>startmenu>customize - use small icons. No more bitmap but small icons.
