If you already have XP set up, you can use the Disk Mangement tool to create a new partition.

If that was true it would put Partition Magic out of business

and they spelt Management wrong

This prevents the page file from being fragmented

The Pagefile doesnt fragment as such & is not an issue

When a computer runs out of memory, it uses the page file.

XP will utilize the Pagefile regardless of the amount RAM installed
