Default Window95 Embedded... Guru question...

I have a program that I needs to run on at least Win95...
It's a few programs to tune the ECU of a Car...

I want to strip Win95 to as close of an embeded system as I can get... The laptop I'm gonna use is old and wo'nt be used for anything else... The only thing it's gonna NEED is hyperterm...

How can Win95 be stripped of unnecesary stuff?!?

the only thing you can do, i think, is just not select any of the additional windows components

Didn't Windows 3.1 come with Hyperterm? Loaded with win32s might be an idea... It would be a smaller install I would think.
