Post Windows XP Help and Support
Can anyone help me please,

i have been using XP for 7 months now and have had no problems until now, when I go to get help from the Help and Support centre all that appears on the screen is what is viewed in the attached document... It stays on the screen for a few seconds then disappears. The help and support did work initially, but now it has gone, as anyone got any ideas as to how to get it back without have to reformet my hard drive and reload XP

Just a guess. If you have been using 3rd party registry cleaning apps, easy cleaner especially, try using the restore function of that program.
