Default Windows startup

Hello everyone, i have a 'problem'.. Everytime windows starts, the folder c:\program comes up, not sure why, looked in msconfig / startup and in autostart, none there

Anyone have any suggestions?

It means one of the programs in your startup folder/file needs to be surrounded in quotes, ie C:\Program Files\Application\Application.exe needs to be "C:\Program Files\Application\Application.exe". Windows is reading up to the space and stop, therefore only getting C:\Program. Re-check all those paths.
